In 1987 Mr Anup Agarwal set up Switching AVO for manufacturing voltage stabilizers to solve the problem of voltage fluctuations which can damage electrical & electronics equipment. Today AVO is the number one company with an Indian management for online ups offering integrated power solutions all across India. Mr Anup Agarwal has done B. E Electrical from Shivpur University, 1983 and also gained professional experience while working as an Assistant Engineer at Hindustan Development Corporation Kolkata for one year. He is the Director and Head of Procurement, R&D, Service at AVO and his role is to manage the procurement, R&D and service departments. He has been instrumental in introducing power back up products like Online UPS, Isolation Transformer as well as Solar Rooftop Solutions. All this has been influential in provide complete and intelligent power solution to customers across all user segments with various applications. He believes that life gives a chance to everyone and the journey with AVO began 30 years back when they accepted the opportunity to serve the society and people through their products and services for years to come. We at AVO plan to bring new technology and superior power solution products for all applications be it at home, office, factory or school to make life simple for our users.
AVO started its journey with a humble beginning in 1987 from Kolkata. Today with its pan India presence and a team of 500 people in 21 branch offices all over the country, it is a distinguished brand with prompt and professional after sales service support through our 150 service centres in India. Mr Rabindra Agarwal has done his B.Com from St. Xavier’s Kolkata in 1994. He is the Director, Head of Marketing and Finance Operations at AVO and his role is to take care of the sales, marketing and financial operations within the company. He has been pro active in expanding the customer base of AVO to different markets and establishing the company at an all India level. The relentless efforts of Mr. Rabindra Agarwal has enabled brand AVO to earn customer satisfaction along with a proven track record of delivering quality service on a PAN India level.He believes that at AVO one is always striving to keep setting benchmarks in delivering exceptional value to customers and business partners.
AVO with its Pan Indian presence and a strong team of 500 people has clientele across diverse segments - Corporate, Banks, Hotels, Industries, Hospitals, and Government Departments. The main products are online ups and voltage stabiliser. Mr Sourav Agarwal has done BTech in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. He started the vertical of EPC of rooftop solar power plants in AVO.
